Extend North offers bespoke, car-free holidays through England’s Yorkshire Dales, creating personalised travel experiences for visitors who want to explore the region without the stress of driving, planning or logistics.

When the project started, the business had created its own website using a free Google Sites template. While it contained useful information, the site lacked a clear structure, strong messaging and the polished presentation needed to position Extend North as a premium travel service.

The project involved a complete rethink of both the content and the customer journey.

Rather than simply rebuilding the existing website, we worked through the core offering, refining key messages, clarifying what made the business different and developing a stronger customer story. The goal was to help visitors quickly understand the value of a fully organised Yorkshire Dales holiday, where accommodation, transport, local knowledge and personalised itineraries are all taken care of.

Once the messaging was established, I designed and built a completely new Squarespace website with a professional, tourism-focused look and feel. The site was structured to guide visitors through the experience, answer common questions and encourage enquiries from both UK and international travellers.

The result is a website that better reflects the quality of the service on offer, communicates the business’s unique selling points clearly and provides a much stronger platform for future growth.
