Frame Group initially got in touch thinking they needed a full website rebuild and an entirely new design. After reviewing the site together, it became clear that the foundations were already strong. The site was not outdated or unattractive. It simply had not kept up with the business.

Following a major rebuild in 2023, the team had been flat out delivering projects and did not have the capacity to update the website, add new services, or keep project content current. Over time, this left them feeling disheartened and unsure where to start.

Rather than rebuilding from scratch, I worked closely with the whole team to bring the existing site back to life. I refreshed the look and feel while staying true to the original design, introducing new elements to improve flow and clarity without losing what already worked.

Together, we refined the top level page structure to make it easier for users to find what they need, added missing services, and updated the site to better reflect the scale and breadth of Frame Group’s work. I interviewed team members across the business and wrote project blurbs for more than 75 projects, turning internal knowledge into clear, client facing content.

To make the process as easy as possible, I took on additional support work. This included prompting the team for information, shaping content, and managing updates. In practice, I became an extension of their team.

We got the site fully up to date just in time for a major tender submission, where having a strong, current website really mattered. I continue to work with Frame Group on an ongoing basis to keep their website current and prevent it from falling behind again.
