Klub K9 came to me as a brand new dog training business needing a website that felt energetic, modern and genuinely reflective of the owner behind the brand. The client had already started building the website herself to help communicate the overall direction and style she was aiming for, but it wasn’t quite capturing the polished and professional feel the business needed moving forward.

My role became refining that initial vision into a website that balanced personality with credibility. The goal was to create something bright, engaging and fun, while still building trust with potential clients and presenting the business professionally from day one.

Through colour, typography, layout and content structure, I created a website that feels youthful and approachable without losing clarity or usability. Particular attention was given to the customer journey and user experience, ensuring visitors could quickly understand the services, connect with the brand personality and confidently take the next step.

As a startup business, the website also needed to help establish a strong first impression online and create confidence for new customers discovering the brand for the first time.

The final result is a bold and personality-filled Squarespace website that reflects both the business and the owner behind it — professional, approachable and full of energy.
