Katie came to me after making a great start on her own website. She had a clear vision for her business, had already chosen Squarespace, and knew the calm, sophisticated feeling she wanted to create. Like many people though, she discovered that turning an idea into a polished, professional website was far more challenging than expected.

The foundations were there, but the website needed someone to pull everything together. My role was to refine the layout, improve the user experience, create a cohesive visual style and ensure every section flowed naturally from one to the next. The result is a beautifully balanced one-page website that feels calm, welcoming and intentionally understated, allowing Katie’s expertise and compassionate approach to take centre stage.

Rather than separating the content across multiple pages, we chose a single-page design with smooth anchor navigation. Visitors can quickly jump to the sections they’re interested in while still experiencing the story of the business as they scroll. This approach keeps the experience simple and intuitive, particularly for a service-based business where trust and connection are more important than navigating a complex website.

Behind the scenes, I also configured Acuity Scheduling, allowing clients to view Katie’s services, book appointments online and receive automated confirmations. Integrating the booking system seamlessly into the design means the website doesn’t just look beautiful, it works as a practical tool that supports the business every day.

The finished website reflects exactly what Liminal Nurturing offers: a calm, nurturing online presence that feels sophisticated without being clinical, making it easy for women to find information, build trust and book the support they need.
