The New Zealand Laser Training Institute is one of the country’s leading providers of advanced laser and skin therapy education, offering an extensive range of courses, products, and professional resources. Their original website had grown with the business over many years, but by the time we connected it had become sprawling and difficult to navigate. Both the team and their clients were getting lost in the lack of clear structure, and the Squarespace 7 platform they were on no longer supported the functionality they needed.

This was a full-scale rebuild that meant completely rethinking the architecture, design, and user flow from the ground up. I mapped out every page, grouped and streamlined the content, and created a logical, easy-to-follow structure that supported how students actually search for and compare courses. From there, I rebuilt the site on Squarespace 7.1 with a clean, professional design, intuitive navigation, and flexible templates for future growth.

Once the new structure and key layouts were in place, I handed the build back to the in-house team to complete the detailed course and enrolment content, drawing on their specialist knowledge of which courses and qualifications can be taken together.

A complex, time-intensive project that took many hours and careful planning, but one that completely transformed the online experience for both the NZ Laser Training Institute team and their clients.
