Russell Properties already had their site on Squarespace 7.1, but over time the content had grown without any real structure. The design felt dated and the site wasn’t showing off their homes in the best light. They asked me to give it a major overhaul while keeping everything on the same account so their hosting and domain setup stayed intact.

I completely restructured the site to create a clear, intuitive user flow and rewrote all of the content to make it more engaging and buyer-focused, whilst still keeping their branding consistent. The design was refreshed to give the site a clean, modern look and I added strong call-to-actions throughout to guide visitors to enquire and view available homes. Layouts and imagery were also updated to properly showcase their new builds and projects, and the site was optimised for SEO to target searches around new builds in Wellington and Churton Park homes.

The result is a professional, easy-to-navigate site that now highlights their homes, tells their story and drives enquiries in a way the old version couldn’t.
