Sacha Skips already had a website, but it had been built in-house without any web design experience. It had done the job of getting the business online, but the design, structure, and content weren’t doing justice to the business behind it.

This was much more than a visual refresh. I completely reimagined the website, creating a whole new look and feel, restructuring the site, and writing all new content from scratch. The focus was on making Sacha Skips feel professional and established, while keeping the personality and straightforward approach of a local business.

The customer journey was also completely reconsidered. Services and skip options were made easier to understand, information was organised more logically, and clear calls to action were introduced throughout to make hiring a skip feel as simple as possible.

The result is a completely transformed website with a strong new identity, clear messaging, and a much easier user experience. From the design and structure to the content and customer journey, the entire site was rebuilt around the business Sacha Skips had become.
