Summit Physio
WEBSITE FIX
Summit Physio originally approached me looking for relatively simple website updates and image changes to their existing Squarespace website. After reviewing the site more closely, I realised it was still operating on an older Squarespace 7 framework, and I felt it would have been poor value for the client to continue investing money into updating an outdated structure.
Fortunately, the website was eligible for a section-by-section upgrade into Squarespace 7.1, which created an opportunity to rethink the website more strategically rather than simply making cosmetic changes.
As we discussed the direction of the business further, it became clear that Summit Physio needed to present at a much more professional level to support growth within the aged care and residential care sector. The website needed to build trust not only with patients and families, but also with care providers and organisations considering physiotherapy partnerships and contracts.
Together, we established a realistic working budget and rebuilt the site collaboratively on an hourly basis, completely reimagining the design, structure, content and customer journey. A strong focus was placed on user experience, audience clarity and guiding visitors towards the right services quickly and confidently.
The new website was carefully structured to support multiple audience types, including older adults seeking physiotherapy support, family members researching care options, and residential care facilities looking for professional physiotherapy services.
The final result is a far more modern, strategic and professional Squarespace website that better reflects the quality of the business and positions Summit Physio strongly for future growth within the healthcare and aged care sectors.
